Artist Bio

Jonathan Parker Davis is an up-and-coming Southern artist. He was raised by his faith in the church and went on to study Studio Art at UNC Chapel Hill.

Davis is an impressionist painter inspired by artists like Vincent van Gogh and Edvard Munch. He enjoys working in acrylics and his works are not limited to one subject. His spirituality is evident in his religious works while others range from land and seascapes to people and dogs.

Davis says, “Art is real to me, sometimes it seems more real than life – art is life.”
